ARM On-Site, offers customers pay-per-use or flexible support contacts for on-site IT engineer visits that can provide:

- LAN installation, configuration and repair
ARM lite Our 'Lite' IT support package offers you a cost-effective solution to your IT support and maintenance issues. This offers you guaranteed response times and peace of mind that you have a company in place that can resolve your daily IT challenges. The package includes unlimited telephone support*, plus unlimited remote access*, enabling us to connect to your system, diagnose and resolve a majority of problems. If required we will schedule a visit by one of our experienced engineers at a special discounted rate.
Our aim is to offer superior levels of customer service, so not only will we try solve your problems when you call, but we will proactively check your systems for potential problem areas.
The 'Lite' package includes all of the following:
- Unlimited telephone support
- Unlimited remote support
- Reduced fixed rate for on-site visits
ARM Enhanced Our 'Enhanced' IT support package is aimed at companies that wish to pay a fixed fee for all of their support, but want to purchase all necessary replacement parts themselves. (Of course ARM IT is able to supply you with these replacement parts at competitive prices).
The 'Enhanced' package includes all of the following:
- Unlimited access to our telephone support helpdesk*
- Unlimited remote access by connecting to your system from our office*
- Unlimted on-site support by our highly skilled engineers*

As part of the service we will also proactively check your system on a regular basis. This includes checking that your anti-virus updates & scans are occurring, ensuring that your back-up routine is functioning correctly, as well as quick checks to Microsoft Windows Critical Updates.
ARM Total Our 'Total' IT support package offers you complete peace of mind, the responsibility for the smooth running of your systems becomes our priority. This package offers unlimited access to our telephone support line, unlimited remote access* support PLUS unlimited on-site support* PLUS all replacement parts* needed to get the system up and working correctly.
Our aim is to offer superior levels of customer service, so not only will we solve your problems when you call, but we will proactively monitor your systems to check for potential problem areas. This includes regular checks of your Anti-Virus software, your back-up solution, and the operating system event logs all with the aim of maintaining your productivity.
The 'Total' package includes all of the following:
